Adding a custom domain in Clipio is easy. It puts your brand front and center and can even help improve email deliverability. Follow these quick steps to add a custom domain.

1. Go to Setting > Team > Custom Domains

2. Clicking "Add Domain" will cause the window below to open. We strongly recommend you enter a URL like watch.yourcompanydomain.com or video.yourcompanydomain.com. Don't worry, we will show you how to set up this subdomain within the next few steps.

3. Clipio will then show you what values you will need to enter with your web hosting company.

4. Login to your web hosting company or work with your web host administrator to add the above setting to your domain's DNS settings. This will be a little different with each web hosting provider. Below is a quick video for how to do this on Go Daddy.

5. Go back to Clipio Custom Domain tab and click Refresh. This should show a message that says "Domain configured and active." That is it, your done! Note: The refresh period can vary across some domains. If you continue to get an error for more than 1 hour, confirm the DNS setting again. If that doesn't work, contact Clipio support.
