Sending a personalized video to leads that fill out a form on a HubSpot landing page within minutes is a great way to engage prospective customers interested in your product or service. To make this solution work, you will need the following licenses:
HubSpot Marketing Hub (any level)
Zapier (any paid subscription)
Clipio (Pro or above)
Step 1 - Get Your Accounts Connected

Zapier to Clipio -
Login to your Clipio Account, go to Settings/Team/API and create an API Key and copy it. Then login to Zapier, then App Connections (left nav), then Add Connection (top right), then search and select Clipio, then paste your Clipio API Key. Your now all connected.
Step 2 - Build Your HubSport Form and Automation

Important Note: Make sure your form includes First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Website at minimum. You can collect additional fields as well. Next, add a workflow to the form (Left Nav from edit Form) that will send an email to the lead that populated the form. Note the 4 minute delay is a minimum to allow for the subsequent automations to complete. You may select a longer delay.
Step 3 - Create a HubSpot Landing Page that includes the form.

Important Note: Add Your new form to your landing page and verify when you populate the form that new contacts are created in HubSpot. Note the record source will show the record came from the form you created. When you are done you landing page will look something like this.
Step 4 - Add new contacts collected from the form to Clipio with Zapier.
The Zap below does the following:
Zap Step 1: Polls for any Recently Created or Updated Contacts in HubSpot. When configuring this step, make sure to add "Record Source Detail 1" property as a field to retrieve.
Zap Step 2: Filters the above list to include only those Contacts who's "Record Source Detail 1" is equal to the name of your form.
Zap Step 3: Add the contact to Clipio. It is recommended you add First Name, Last Name and Website at minimum.
Step 5 - Add the Clipio Video to your HubSpot Email
Add a custom HTML block to your HubSpot Email where you want the Clipio Video placed. (see below </>)
Select your video in Clipio, click share, then click Embed Codes, then Click HubSpot Marketing Hub. This will copy the required Embed Code to your clipboard.
Then paste the copied embed code into the custom HTML code you created in your HubSpot email. You will see the video load into the email. Note: This will not be personalized until you preview the email with a contact from HubSpot that was also added to Clipio.
