Create a video with personalize intro then shift to value prop message with visuals.
Create a video with personalize intro then shift to value prop message with visuals.
Updated over a week ago

So you want to create a video that starts off with a personalized introduction with voice cloning and the prospect's website in the background, then shift quickly to your company's key value prop messing with supporting visuals. Awesome, that is what Clipio was built to do! Below are step by step instructions to make this happen. Let's go!

To make this happen, you will need two video's. The first video will be your personalized introduction video and the second video will be your key value prop video. In the last step, we will mend the videos together to create a single video you will share with your prospects. See steps below (click the triangles to see detailed instructions).

1. Create Personalized Introduction Video (.mp4)

Use a video recording tool to record a video of you introducing yourself and your company to the prospect. See example below.

"Hi there! (pause 1 second), my name is 'your name' and I am with 'your company's name'. Thank you for watching this short video I made for you!"

Tips:

  • For Clipio voice cloning to properly work you will need to say "Hi there" within the first 1 second of the video then leave a 0.5-1 second pause before continuing the introduction. This leaves room for Clipio's Ai voice cloning to insert "Hi Jonathon or Hi Carrie" into the video.

  • Ensure your face is centered in the screen and that you are not too far away from the camera. See the image below for a good example for how your face should be framed in the video.

  • Using a high quality mic can minimize background noise and give the highest quality audio. If you hear a lot of ambient background/white noise in your video, you many need to run you video through a sound filter to reduce it, otherwise your Ai cloned voice will sound different than your voice.

2. Create Your Company Value Prop Video (.mp4)

Use a video and screen recording tool (Example, Loom) so you can record you and your screen at the same time. This will allow you to voice over your company's value proposition while showing a presentation of your company key messages or even a live demo of your company's digital capabilities. The end product will look something like this, don't worry if you video is less polished. What is most important is that your able to quickly and clearly articulate the value your company can offer to your prospect.

3. Upload Your Intro Video

4. Clone Your Voice and Link it to Your Intro Video

Cloning your voice is easy. Go to the Voice Cloning tab in the left hand menu and click "Create new voice clone".

Follow the prompts to give your new voice clone a name (Example: Tom's voice) and description. You will then upload a 45 second to 1 minute audio file (.mp3).

Tip: Make sure to use the same mic setup as the video recording and speak in the same tone and volume as you did making the video. This will enable to Ai to more closely match the voice in the videos you recorded.

Once uploaded, synthesize the voice.

Next, associate the synthesized voice to the Intro video by doing the following:

1. Go to My Library and open the Intro video

2. Then find the "Star" icon in the upper right.

3. This will open a modal where you can turn on voice personalization and select the voice.

5. Make Sure Personalization is "On" for Intro Video and Add the Value Prop Video

Open the Video Editor by hovering over Edit Video

Make sure the video says "Turn Off Personalization" for the Intro video so that the prospect will see their website in the background of the Intro.

Then add Your Value Prop Video by clicking on "+ Add Clip" (see above image). Then select "Click to upload" to browse, select and upload your Value Prop Video.

Don't forget to click "Save"!!!

Congrats!!! You are done!
