To switch your AI intro to Company Name:

Click the ★ (Star) icon next to Share

Ensure AI Personalized Intro is toggled On

Select your cloned voice (see related article if you haven’t set one up)

In the Element dropdown, choose Company Name

Enter a Fallback Text (e.g., “Team”) for contacts without a company name or names longer than 20 characters

Choose your Language (English only on Starter plans) and preferred Greeting

1. Go to My Library
2. Select the video you want to update
3. Click Edit
4. Click the ★ (Star) icon next to Share
5. Ensure AI Personalized Intro is toggled On
6. Select your cloned voice (see related article if you haven’t set one up)
7. In the Element dropdown, choose Company Name
8. Enter a Fallback Text (e.g., “Team”) for contacts without a company name or names longer than 20 characters
9. Choose your Language (English only on Starter plans) and preferred Greeting
10. Hit Save
