This feature gives you more control over the background images that are displayed in your video. Simply upload a 16:9 image file (jpg, png or gif) that is less than 10MB then select one of the options below.
Fallback - This will cause the image uploaded in the Advanced Background Options screen to be displayed when the personalized background image for your contact could not be obtained by Clipio.
Default - This will cause the image uploaded in the Advanced Background Options screen to be displayed for all contacts.
Note: If you do not set a fallback or default image, Clipio will play your video in full screen (no background image) IF the contacts website screenshot is not available.
To access the Advance Background Options, go to My Library, then select your video, then select "Click to Edit" on the right hand side bar area.
